You can request a return or exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order if:
The wrong size, color, or design was delivered.
The hoodie is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Note: We do not accept returns for items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process.
Customers are responsible for return delivery costs, except when the mistake is made by GoodieGarb.
Once we receive the returned item, we’ll send your replacement or process your exchange within 1–2 business days.
We currently offer exchanges only, not cash refunds.
However, if the exact hoodie you ordered is unavailable, we may offer a store credit or refund at our discretion.
